Jeffrey Ida joined Lee & Associates in the summer of 2023 as a Founding Principal in the San Francisco Office. Prior to Lee & Associates, Jeffrey was a First Vice President at a national firm where he established The Ida Group with a focus on selling Industrial Investment Properties around the Bay Area. During the last 16 years, Jeffrey closed 100+ transactions with a total dollar volume of north $600 million worth of investment properties spanning not only Industrial but Office, Retail, Multifamily, Land and other specialty assets.
Jeffrey is a Bay Area native and multi-time recipient of Sales Recognition Awards, National Achievement Awards, and was a SIA member only reserved for the top brokers at the firm.

Brendan Gallagher joined Lee & Associates in summer of 2023 as a Founding Principal in the San Francisco office. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Brendan was a Senior Associate at national firm and focused on the Acquisition and Disposition of Industrial assets in the Bay Area with an emphasis on the 880 Corridor. In his tenure, Brendan transacted on $200 million of investment properties equaling over 1,000,0000 of space.
Brendan specializes in the analysis and strategic planning of commercial investment portfolios. Since joining, Brendan has helped clients create long-term strategies for holding and disposing commercial assets as needed for their individual financial goals. He has helped in the underwriting of numerous asset-types from Industrial to Multifamily and sees himself as an advisor before a broker, helping his clients on an individual basis.
Doug Ogard joined Lee & Associates in the summer of 2023 as an Associate in the San Francisco office. Doug joined The Ida Group in 2020 after serving as a golf professional at Claremont Country Club for the last 8 years. Doug grew up in Green Bay, Wisconsin, but was born in the bay area. He returned and has been living in Oakland, where he now specializes in the acquisition and disposition of industrial and flex commercial real estate on the San Francisco Peninsula. When Doug is not in the office, he enjoys playing ice hockey, hiking, spending time with family, and of course, golfing.
