Andrew started his career as a commercial real estate appraiser followed by six years of executive leadership for the same national valuation firm. Andrew graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a concentration in finance and appraisal. Andrew serves as the current President of the California Mortgage Bankers Association (CMBA) and is a former President of the Bay Area Mortgage Association (BAMA).

Jesse Roderick has been in the banking and finance industry for over 16 years with experience in retail, business and commercial real estate lending. Jesse has worked for Wells Fargo and Bank of America in Arizona, providing SBA 504 and 7a financing. He’s spent the last 10 years as a BDO with Bank of the West SBA in San Francisco Bay Area, where he now resides.
Born and raised in Michigan, and educated at Arizona State University, Jesse has spent his entire career as an advocate for small businesses, helping them to take the next steps in their growth. He’s a 6-time National SBA President’s Club Award winner at Bank of the West. Jesse has closed 225 transactions for over $300 million in SBA 1st deed loans over the last 10 years. Add in his small business loans and his bridge loans, and the total tops half a billion dollars.
